”Understanding Government (UG)"

A new web site hit the world in late 2005. The Understanding Government Foundation was established to help all of us better know and appreciate the inner workings of the Executive Branch of government, whether it be at the federal, state, or local level.

The Foundation’s Mission is:

improving the performance of the executive branch by helping journalists do a better job of covering it...The Forum...gives government employees an anonymous but public venue to discuss common concerns, debate issues of public interest, and share information...

“The Forum,” at the UG web site, is the place for everyone to discuss, defend, analyze, and attack all the doings of government – good, bad, and inactive, er, I mean, indifferent.

A sampling of my "Forum" articles appears below for your information. Feel free to go to “The Forum” at the UG web site and participate in the debate.
